Emma can position a luxury loo with surgical precision — she’s the monarch of manoeuvres and the duchess of discretion. No space too tight, no booking too bougie.
Ema – Chief of Clean, Duchess of Deliveries
Ema’s got a mop in one hand and a schedule in the other — and woe betide anyone who tries to tell her a luxury loo can't fit there. With a sixth sense for tight squeezes and a firm grip on the flush of power, she keeps things spotless and on time.
Known for getting units into spaces tighter than a tuxedo after Christmas, she ensures everything runs cleaner than a royal scandal cover-up. If it needs doing, Ema's already done it — and wiped it down after.

Zip – Executive Barking Officer (EBO)
Don’t let the short legs fool you — Zip runs this joint. From inspecting tyres to sniff-testing site access, he’s the real boss behind the scenes. No delivery goes out without his tiny stamp of approval (or a bark to hurry things along).
He’s partial to bacon treats and being told he’s avery good boy. If you see a luxury loo rolling up, chances are Zip’s in the passenger seat, overseeing operations and occasionally stealing the spotlight.
